Appointment & Cancellation Policies

NEW CLIENT

All new clients will be required to pay a non refundable $100 booking fee, once booked any cancellations will result in a loss of deposit regardless of notice given.

Please note the appointment is not secure until this is paid. this will be deducted from the cost of your service at your appointment.

EXTENSION CLIENTS

Any new sets of extensions will require a 25% deposit to secure your appointment. this will be deducted from the cost of your service at your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment less the 48 hours will result in a loss of deposit. If more then 48 hours your deposit can be transferred over to your rescheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand things don’t always go as planned, if you cannot attend your appointment i ask that you give me 48 hours notice. This gives me enough time to try fill your appointment.

If it is less then 48 hours notice a fee of $100 will be charged, you will be required to pay this before rebook your next appointment.
